SHIPPING POLICY

DYOPlus, LP ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://dyoplus.com) ("Website"). By placing an order through this website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations for our service. This policy is subject to change at the discretion of DYOPlus, LP.

 

1. GENERAL

Shipping is subject to stock availability. We maintain accurate stock counts on our website but there may be an occasional stock discrepancy, meaning an inability to fulfill all items at the time of purchase. In this instance, all available products will be fulfilled, and you will be contacted about your preference for either awaiting restock or a refund of purchase.

 

2. SHIPPING COSTS 

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items ordered. Payment for shipping will be collected with purchase, summarised as the final price presented to the customer.

 

3. RETURNS

3.1 RETURN DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND

  • DYOPlus will happily accept returns due to a change of mind for requests received within 30 days of the invoice generated date and returned in the original packaging, unused and in resellable condition.
  • Email: info@dyoplus.com (subject line: Returns) to obtain a Return Authorization Number within 30 days of the invoice generated date. 
  • Return shipping will be arranged by the customer and paid for at the customer’s expense.
  • The Return Authorization Number will be clearly written and visible on the outside of the returned package. Returns that do not have a Return Authorization Number written on the outside of the package will not be opened and will be returned to the sender (at the sender’s expense).
  • Returns that meet the above policy guidelines will be refunded by the original method of payment. 
  • DYOPlus, LP will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
  • Purchases received outside of the Return Policy Guidelines will not be mailed back and will not be refunded.

4. DELIVERY TERMS

    4.1 TRANSIT TIME DOMESTICALLY

    Domestic shipments are generally in transit for 2 - 8 days, depending on the shipping method chosen.

    4.2 DISPATCH TIME

    Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment. Our warehouse operates from Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays, at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

    4.3 SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS

    Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control such as peak periods or delays resulting from COVID-19.

    4.4 CHANGE OD DELIVERY ADDRESS

    For a change of delivery address request, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

    4.5 P.O. BOS SHIPPING

    DYOPlus, LP will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.

    4.6 MILITARY ADDRESS SHIPPING

    We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.

    4.7 ITEMS OUT OF STOCK

    If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.

    4.8 DELIVERY TIME EXCEEDED

    If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us to begin an investigation.

     

    5. TRACKING NOTIFICATIONS

    Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

     

    6. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

    If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, please reject the parcel and alert our customer service. If the parcel is delivered without you being present, please contact customer service directly.

     

    7. DUTIES AND TAXES

    7.1 SALES TAX

    Sales Tax is calculated during checkout based on the sales tax rate of the “ship to” location.

     

    8. CANCELLATIONS

    We are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

     

    9. INSURANCE

    Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

    9.1 PROCESS FOR PARCEL DAMAGED IN-TRANSIT

    A refund or replacement will be processed as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

    9.2 PROCESS FOR PARCEL LOST IN-TRANSIT

    A refund or replacement will be processed as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.

    11. PRE-ORDERS

    Due to periods of unforeseen high demand, we occasionally offer the opportunity for customers to “pre-order” a product. This feature is meant to ensure customers have an opportunity to reserve their shipment, once the product is available for fulfillment. DYOPlus, LP reserves the right to alter expected ship dates at any time, and without notice. Similarly, all customers who make a purchase using the preorder function, hereby acknowledge that they are pre-ordering a future-available product, and agree to an expected ship date at the sole discretion of DYOPlus, LP. All pre-orders will be shipped based on a “first-come, first-serve” basis. When pre-ordering, you'll be charged the complete amount of the order at checkout.
