Is My Immune Boost vegetarian?
Yes! My Immune Boost is 100% vegetarian. Our care for the well-being of the planet and its inhabitants are a major part of who we are, and besides small traces of ethically collected honey, My Immune Boost contains no animal products whatsoever.
Tell me about how you test your products.
Food safety and quality are key to our company principles. Our manufacturer runs a detailed risk analysis, to confirm compliance on a basis of defined and measurable criteria. We also have a strict program for precautionary measures with our manufacturer being certified for food safety standard ISO 22000:2018, and being compliant with FDA’s dietary supplement regulations and 21 CFR Part 111. None of our products are tested on animals.
Why are there two separate formulas in MIB?
Simply put, we wanted to avoid unnecessary additives. If we were to have a single homogeneous formula, it would mean using an extra emulsifier to marry the fat-soluble and water-soluble vitamins.
Fat-soluble vitamins can be absorbed in higher doses and stored in the body longer, while water-soluble vitamins should be taken regularly for full effect.
Since our small, 20ml vials don’t have an infinite amount of active ingredient, we tried to create the best of both worlds: A great tasting & effective nutritional supplement - without unnecessary excipients.
The weekly ‘day of rest’ is also important. Having a day off works as a trigger, kicking the body out of any complacency to continuously extract nutrients throughout the week.

My Immune Boost is for anyone looking to help maintain a healthy immune system. It’s designed to support your overall wellbeing. Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under 17, or individuals with a known medical condition should consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement.
What time of day should I have my drink?
It’s up to you! Make it part of your morning routine or as a treat in the afternoon. It is perfectly fine to take it at any time of the day, but we recommend having your drink well before going to bed for digestive purposes. My Immune Boost is designed to be taken once a day Monday to Friday and once over the weekend.
Can I drink it with other liquids – mixed with water or juice?
There are no restrictions regarding mixing My Immune Boost with the above options, but we hope you will also enjoy the tangy, fruity taste of mango and orange all on its own.
What happens if I forget to drink my bottle?
No worries! If you forget your daily drink, just skip it and continue the next day.
How should I store my bottles? Do they need to be refrigerated?
There’s no need to keep My Immune Boost in the fridge. However, keep in mind that it should be stored in a dry place with a temperature below 77°F (25°C).
Why is My Immune Boost packed in glass bottles instead of plastic or easy-tear sachets?
At DYO+, we strongly believe in supporting our planet and green projects. Our choice to use glass packaging is one of the ways we strive to stay green. The bottles can be recycled. We believe that glass, in addition, is a safe choice as the internal product will remain unaffected.

Does My Immune Boost have any sugar?
My Immune Boost has less than 3 grams of sugar in the weekday bottles and 2 grams of sugar in the weekend bottle. These sugars are naturally-derived and due to small amounts of honey, mango-puree, and orange juice added.
Is My Immune Boost allowed for children?
My Immune Boost is not recommended for children or adolescents under 17 years of age.
Is My Skin Glow vegetarian
The VERISOL® collagen peptides used in My Skin Glow, while being gluten-free, yeast-free, soya-free, lactose-free and allergen-free, are not suitable for vegetarians. Collagen is a structural protein found in animals and humans.

What is the average processing time?
Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of payment. Our warehouse operates from Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays, at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
What is the expected delivery time?
Domestic shipments are generally in transit for 2 – 8 days, depending on the shipping method chosen.
Can you send the order by express?
Yes, there is a possibility to send the product express. Please note that the shipping costs will vary. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your shipping method at checkout.
Do you send your product overseas?
At present, we do not ship internationally. We are currently operating only within the U.S. market.
Can I modify the delivery address of my order?
We are able change the delivery address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
Do you ship to P.O. box addresses?
DYOPlus, LP will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.
Do you ship to military addresses?
We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.
How can I track my order?
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
What if my parcel is damaged in transit?
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service directly.
Can I cancel my order?
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
How do I return an item or inquire about returning an item?
• DYOPlus, LP will happily accept returns due to a change of mind for requests received within 30 days of the invoice generated date and returned in the original packaging, unused and in resellable condition.
• Email: info@dyoplus.com (subject line: Returns) to obtain a Return Authorization Number within 30 days of the invoice generated date.
• Return shipping will be arranged by the customer and paid for at the customer’s expense.
• The Return Authorization Number will be clearly written and visible on the outside of the returned package. Returns that do not have a Return Authorization Number written on the outside of the package will not be opened and will be returned to the sender (at the sender’s expense).
• Returns that meet the above policy guidelines will be refunded by the original method of payment.
• DYOPlus, LP will refund the value of the goods returned but will not refund the value of any shipping paid.
• Purchases received outside of the Return Policy Guidelines will not be mailed back and will not be refunded.
When can I expect a refund or replacement of the product?
A refund or replacement will be processed as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

Can I pre-order your product?
Due to periods of unforeseen high demand, we occasionally offer the opportunity for customers to “pre-order” a product. This feature is meant to ensure customers have an opportunity to reserve their shipment, once the product is available for fulfillment. DYOPlus, LP reserves the right to alter expected ship dates at any time, and without notice. Similarly, all customers who make a purchase using the pre-order function, hereby acknowledge that they are pre-ordering a future-available product and agree to an expected ship date at the sole discretion of DYOPlus, LP. All pre-orders will be shipped based on a “first-come, first-serve” basis. When pre-ordering, you'll be charged the complete amount of the order at checkout.
